The project encompasses a complete interior demolition down to the studs, with every major system being replaced or upgraded from the ground up. New plumbing and electrical systems are being installed throughout, along with a full roof replacement and all-new energy-efficient windows. The exterior transformation is completed by a completely redesigned landscape plan, replacing the existing grounds with a curated planting scheme, refined hardscape, and mature specimen plantings that complement the home's updated architectural character.
