The company breaks ground on its first commercial project — a 76,000 SF grocery-anchored retail center in Lake Wales, Florida, targeting a significant retail supply gap in Polk County.
Multi-Family Pipeline Established
Anchor Build Group secures development sites for The Sofia at Sanford (42 townhomes) and The Alessia at Lake Monroe (80 apartments), establishing a 122-unit multi-family pipeline in Central Florida.
Laurel Leaf Residence Underway
